Looking for help to care of my little one after it arrives

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum. I am expecting my little one around mid september. I'll be delivering in chennai and will be at Annanagar at my parents place. We are looking for someone to help who can assist me with the baby during the night and also to massage and bathe the baby during the initial days. I am hoping that someone here would be able to direct me to some trained help.
