Does anyone pack pickles and send to US ?

Hi,

In Hyderabad its quite regular that many people(mostly parents) get their pickles packed for their families in US.There are no particular shops for packing but most of the oil or ghee stores,small sweet shops like swagruha foods pack the pickles in a special thick plastic covers and they charge around 10rs per pack.

There are two packers in the same place. This is the shopping complex just opposite Mylai station. You cant miss the shops. They pack everything beautifully and even do a double packing if you need. I have got even oil packed from them and they have reached US without mishap

I am from Madurai. Does anybody know, if there is any packing stuff like this in Madurai too. If so please let me know. It would be really usefull.

 

There are so many peeps couriering stuff now. You can get addresses from the info directory when in India. Does anyone know of these places in Bangalore?

I do no till now about this, my mom was struggling to pack the mango pickle with more covers and cellotape...Thanks for the details next time I will get it....
