Speech Therapy Center near Adambakkam, Chennai!!!

Can somebody pl. let me know of speech therapy centers (good ones) in and around the suburb Adambakkam please. Also, kindly let me know for how long a 3 yr old otherwise normal girl who understands everything, but whose vocabulary consists of merely 15 words would need to undergo training to speak fluently. Pl. reply immediately.

I stay near adambakkam and not aware fo any good speech center here. Are you talking about a girl you know/friend/relative? If yes, then please tell the child's mom to take the kid to a place where she can meet many children. Also to a child psychologist.

My brother is now 17. But till his 5 years, he probably had 25 words in his vocabulary! The reason - He is a dyslexic. however, we realised it late like in his 13 or 14 yrs. It is good to get her diagonised once, although not a major worry!
