Pattern Making

Is there any class near T.Nagar that teaches Pattern Making?
Or is there anyone who could come home and teach?

Hi Anitha,

usually pattern making is the term used for sewing.For all paper craft also u have patterns.They are generally a guiding -rough or original- design ,with the help of which you can make the end result i.e. the product, a dress, or a craft project.This is as far as i am aware.

even i am not aware any class for patternmaking...may be any design school or institute should be doing that.At least for dressmaking!

I am not sure of pattern making, but there is a place in T Nagar that is starting tailoring classes which will include drafting, paper cutting and sewing. I am planning to join this. Let me know if you are interested, I can give you the details.

Try with Kothari, They teach leather goods pattern making, also SSI at guindy
