People who got married recently, please help out with details about below mentioned mandaps! 1. Mayor Ramanathan Chettiar, R A Puram 2. Kuchalambal, Chetpet 3. AVM Rajeswari, Mylapore 4. Rates in 2011: 1. Mayor Ramanathan Chettiar, R A Puram small hall: 3 lakhs/day including consumables large hall: about 5 lakhs/day including consumables 2. Kuchalambal, Chetpet 3. AVM Rajeswari, Mylapore 3 lakhs / day + 1 lakh consumables/day It has been renovated since and costs would have gone up. 4. Rani Meyyammai / Raja Muthaiah, Egmore 5. Ramas, Nungambakkam 6. IOB hall, mylapore 1.5 lakhs for 1 day, 2.5 lakhs for 2 days, 3 lakhs for 2 days and 2 nights, plus consumables about 50K/day 7. Lakshmi Prasanna Mahal, Kaatupakkam (Iyapanthangal) 8. Aishwarya Mahal, Koyambedu/vadapalani 2012 rates that I know: Mani Mahal, Saligramam/Vadapalani 3 lakhs for 2 days + consumables around 1 lakh for 2 days Consumables stands for electricity, cleaning, garbage removal, AC etc.

What I heard about MRC is that they charge 7Lakhs for one day...I wanted to check if its true...hence put up here... Do you know how much a small hall there can accomodate??
From memory, small hall can hold 400, big hall 700, but do confirm with them- best to call and talk to them directly.
