    Dear ilites.I had poriasis skin problems in "96 when i was in mumbai now the rashes r not too much but in winter i have dried skin over eyebrows near nose and lots of rashes in and around the body .now my Question is i come to know about an Herbal clinic in Kodambakkam CNR HERBS how is this clinic ? anyone taking treatment here ?how much is the fees? pleae reply me soon especially kodambakkam ilites ,i want to come this week to chennai.

    Hi, Not Sure in Kodambakkam, But you can meet a very good Skin Specialist near Santhome High Road. Dr.Bhopal Raj. not sure about the clinic & his Spelling.

    concentrate ur diet,
    eat lot of karela --bitterguard in food. no spicy,masala food. eat mild food. moisture ur skin.go to good consultant. dont change medicine. whatever it is alopathy/homeopathy/ayurvedic. continue medicine for atleast for 3 to 4 yrs.

    You need to stay away from iodine containing foods like certain seafoods but it is good to bathe in sea water and then lay in the sun. My friend who had psoriasis swore that was the only thing that really got rid of her outbreaks was that salt water treatment.

    Hi Gayathri,

    Im in treatment by CNR Herbs from last 2 months im very happy now almost 40 percent cure now will wait for 2 more months and update u they r charging me Rs. 11000/- per month

    hi gayathrivenkat,
    one of my relative had psoriasis problem since 1994, she went for many skin doctors. due to the allopathy medicines, her health condition became bad, then recently i asked to consult a homeopathy doctor. she took the medicines from the homeopathy doctor, now she feels it good, it almost cured. you can also try homeopathy medicines, which is no sideeffects, but u have to take it continously until it get fully eradicated from ur skin.
