    Hi

    Dr. Mohan in "Doctor's Plaza" is a very good pediatrician. I take my daughter only there. The thing i like about him, he does not give much medicines to babies unless otherwise really essential. The plaza is near to Velachery vijay nagar bus terminus.

    I would recommend Dr.Thayumanavan, he got good reviews from few of my acquaintances.

    Dr.Thayumanavan , Radha Nagar Main Road , chromepet.

    For Gyaneac you could refer to the gyanaec in chennai thread. Dr.Sujatha Venkatraman of Krishna Hospitals near MIT is good.

    I will be merging this thread soon with the peadiatrician thread.

    any good Pediatric Dentist in velachery ? Please Suggest me Doctor and Dentist for my kids. We are going to do housewarming. Do you know any good catering in velachery? Please do reply.

    Any reviews or experience about Dr.Smiles dental hospital in Perungudi? I am going to take my elder son(6yr old) for his cavity filling. Please share your expereinces.

    Hi All,

    As far as Velachery (Vijayanagar) is concerned, Dr. Mohan is very good. But you need a prior appointment to consult him. Also, he does not attend to emergencies. You can just go for a monthly check-up. But he is very kind, knowledgeable and well experienced in the field of pediatrics.

    Hi,

    I would recommend Dr. Mangala Pawar in Apollo Velachery. She had earlier practiced in US and now is in Apollo. She is very friendly and answers all our questions with patience. She has given her mobile number for emergency. I am very much satisified with her and very happy to have her as my daughter's paed.
