Hi, Me too have heard Sowcarpet, Chennai is the best place for wholesale shopping of dress, dress materials and sarees. But I am not too sure if you would really be able to bargain in a wholesale shopping place. They are supposed to give you for a better price than it is available for in retail store. Your profit always is dependent on how much profit margin you are willing to keep and if you are able to achieve decent sales for it. Good luck with your business.
