Nirmal, I give my clothes in a small dry cleaning shop at Venkateshwara Nagar. It is near the HP Petrol bunk in the byepass road. Name of the store is Day Star. There is one more dry cleaner opposite to the HP Petrol bunk by name Laundrex if am not wrong. They were very expensive but spoiled one of my dresses. These are the dry cleaners I am aware in Velachery. However you would find loads of them if you take a walk in the Velachery main road or byepass. Do wait for other IL's to post their inputs.
