Difference between Machine massage and Ayurvedic hand massages

As I experienced both type of massages ,I am preferring ayurvedic massage over machine massages for any treatment . I went to one of the leading group for weight reduction 3 years back. i reduced my excess fat using the machine massage and their oil therapy but they failed to firm my skin. So as a non technical person like me was completely disappointed after my 40 sessions. Recently I visited an Ayurvedic doctor(Dr Geetha) in Panchakarma Dubai and discussed my thyroid and leg pain ,she advised me to do some spot reduction too in belly area. I did 7 udwarthanas and now i reduced 2 kgs and 2 inch reduction. Now I am happy with the new look. So I am again recommending ayurvedic massage over the machine massages.
