Any Yoga classes in Sharjah?

    Hi,

    I have found this site to be very informative. I am a new member though and also new to sharjah. I have heard of yoga classes taking place in Al Ittihad park but have no clue of the timing. Does any one know more about this? Is there any other place that I can join near al qassimah area in sharjah?

    Welcome to Indusladies. To my knowledge the friends yoga group conducting the yoga classes.The timings is 6.30A.M. But u can contact the Beauty parlours in your area,some of them have gym, yoga and aerobics classes.

    Near al nahda park (On the Udupi Restaurant building) they are conducting yoga classes.

    Free Yoga classes are being conducted by FRIENDS OF YOGA in UAE. Locations and timings in Sharjah are :

    Morning: 5.30 am to 6.45 am (Daily. On Fridays & Public Holidays, from 6 am onwards) : Buhairah Corniche (1000 Palms Gardens/Palm Oasis) Opp. Pedestrian Subway/Near Al Noor Mosque

    Morning: 5.00 am to 6.15 am: Ittihad Park (Between Old Gold Souq & Saudi Mosque)

    Evening: 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm (Except Thursdays, Fridays & Public holidays) : Buhairah Corniche (1000 Palms Gardens/Palm Oasis) Next to Hotel Holiday International.

    Evening: 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm : Abu Shagara park (recently started)
