A person may have many many relationships. Which one, keeps a person happy and joyful? Which relationship is pure, and done out of pretence?

I think a mother's love will be very very pure .A mother always feels happy when her children are happy. She will be happy when her children eat the food even tough she is hungry .

I was not able to realize all these things when I was young but i am able to understand now after I became a mother.

I may sound philosophical here but every relationship grows or matures because of some outcome from our previous relation and also how we learn to accept the other relations which are associated with it.Also it depends on our age and the phase of life we are in to know which is the best relationship at that time.

As a child we love our parents that is bcoz they give us unlimited love. But when we grow our priorities change it doesn't mean we don't love them but our love has to be shared with someone else as well. When we get married we love our spouse. When we have babies, spouse to a certain extent gets a back seat and we devote our love to kids and aging parents.

Fortunately or unfortunately unlike the wild animal documentaries we see, human relations are being weighed more on power control and materialism. This gives rise to jealousy, complexes, pretence in maintaining relations.

    I quote Shakespeare's speech

    All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players:
    They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages. As, first the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.
And then the whining school-boy, with his satchel
And shining morning face, creeping like snail
Unwillingly to school. And then the lover,
Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad
Made to his mistress' eyebrow. Then a soldier,
Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard,
Jealous in honour, sudden and quick in quarrel,
    Seeking the bubble reputation
Even in the cannon's mouth. And then the justice,
In fair round belly with good capon lined,
With eyes severe and beard of formal cut,
    Full of wise saws and modern instances;
And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts
Into the lean and slipper'd pantaloon,
With spectacles on nose and pouch on side,
His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide
For his shrunk shank; and his big manly voice,
Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
And whistles in his sound. Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion,
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything.

    unquote

We come alone and die alone. The most purest form of relationship is what we share with our conscious. If we are true to our conscious then we will have the strength to bring out the goodness in every relation we have or expected to have.

Ok.Too much philosophy for a Monday Morn :drowning

Hope u r still awake reading this :|:|:|

Any relationship in which you are trusted, cared and listened to..
But so far, I found that a mother can love unconditionally no matter you love her or care her!!
