Please give me your tips

This Friday, my daugher's school is celebrating mother's day and all the girls are asked to come in a Saree. Beautiful looking girl will be awarded, they informed. She is 2.5 old and can u give me tips on how can I drape her in a saree Does any one have an idea on where can I get stiched sarees in Delhi? Your tips will be of great help to me.

Nowadays the shops sell ready made sarees for the little ones. Though I don't have any idea about your place, just chek the big shops for ready made sarees.

You can dress her up in a beautiful dupatta of yours. My sister used to do the same to her daughter.It will be just enough.Best of luck.

Thanks for your replies. I have got hold of a stiched saree but did not use it as it was long. Since it was a competition I wanted to dress her different from others. I had cut the saree horizontally and vertically in the required length and stiched it myself to a elastic pant with the pleats. She has a top with back open. Leaving the last 3 buttons open, I made a knot on her back with the two ends. Other than this, she had to say few sentences about her mother and had to prepare a greeting card herself. We were not allowed to come so I did not know how she performed on these two. Her results will be declared next week.
