Paintings : Glass Paintings

Hi people on IL..

Just thought of sharing few paintings what I did...not really great though but was appreciated by my loved ones:hatsoff...well they didn't have any other option but to do that .. So need honest suggestions, views, opinions from the talented IL gang here ..
I made these for gifting my loved ones...so please take a look !!

Will upload some more soon...couldnt take pictures of those..
BTW clarity might not be very good...request you to bear with it

I think the following details will help u. If not so get back to me.

For glass painting - u need A4 size glass, which u will get in all frame shop and glass colors (solvent based) u can get in all stationery shops or fancy shops.

take a picture to paint and keep it beneath the glass and draw the outline with black outliner (which u will get with the glass colors itself) on the glass then leave for 24 hours to dry.

Then after that make use of the color by applying it in the picture.

leave it again for 24 hours to dry.

then take a aluminium foil sheet and crush it and slowly remove separate the crush and u have to paste it on the painting (so that it will glitter) then u can give it for framing.

some of the frame shopkeeper will do the crush work if u give the foil sheet according to the size of the glass.......

 

This is my first attempt on glass painting...I think i have done a fairly good job..i welcome tips and comments from experts on glass paintings...
