Please let me know any Tanjore Painting classes conducted in Bangalore.
(Location - timing - fee)

if you are in south bangalore, you can try Indian Institute of World culture which is in Basavangudi. The lady who teaches is a professional artist. Fee is very nomial what I have heard. they teach in evenings. You would have to check with them for exact details. sorry i am not of full help to you.

and my cousin also teaches tanjore paitings, as well as mysore style paintings at kumaraswamy layout.

I would like to tell you guys about the place where i learnt Tanjore painting.

Being a professional now, I always like to thank the people who taught me well.

it is a place in vellore , where u can learn many arts like Tanjore painting , glass painting, fabric painting.

There is also a division for crafts to teach Tatting and doll making.


I completed my course within two weeks and they are specially teaching for amaeteurs too.

One more amazing stuff i wanna share is there are also sending tanjore painting kits by which u can learn it easily from home , provided u are not an amateur.

these people were appreciated by many artists in and around tamilnadu.
