Infant Jesus and Mother Mary in Acrylic

Friends,
This is my first attempt of this sort, depicting the human form of Jesus and Mary in acrylics.

For your comments please, I am not even reaching anywhere near perfection in facial features. Please help me here !

My issue is with the facial features, it do not look like a painting, but a drawing

attempting a portrait itself needs courage. so you have taken the first step and its pleasant enough. eyes, hands, fingers alone need some attention. i feel you can search in youtube, where they would demonstrate these portrait drawing techniques.
honestly i would salute your acrylic work. do not think bad. you have got it and keep doing a lot of such paintings. any art form needs only practice. keep doing more and post them.

Your words are motivating Rajsai.... Thank you sooo much... I will go thru the youtube tutorials and make another try.. on may be a different picture.. i did it in my free times and completed in 3 days!!! should be more patient too

it is a good attempt..with practice you can master it.. have you tried to sketch it for the real facial expressions.. see if you can get it on the sketch..and try it again.

and i am told when you try these godly pictures, you take deep breath, try to visualise them, say a prayer and start..somebody who draws at temples told me this...

in fact I was too eager to try in on the canvas board.. yes, trying to get the expressions on sketch would be a self learning and will help to improve...

yes! for the Godly pictures to get that Grace it will really help... Thanks again...
