My First Pastel Painting! - Little Ganesha!

Dear Friends, Its been quite a long since I posted any of my so called paintings .
Now i have got a craze for the pastel crayon and this is my first try with the same.



I have used a ordinary drawing sheet and oil pastel and tried to bring the sky and land effect at the background.After completing, I found little ganesha to be cute and lost in his own world :bonk

Asusual , I am waiting for ur feedbacks and any pointers for learing the same.

 

Yes, Ganesha is always cute. I am happy that I found mine to be cute too

Thanks Sudha for ur feedback. Oil Pastel crayon is softer and easy to smear on the surface and messy than the regular wax crayon.More info here
