Yes. As you had written, it is not very easy to have a concept and to make that concept "bloom" into a beautiful "flower" successfully, without the help-and-support of like-minded people. So, thanks for the 7-member-foundation on which this IL rests today! Also thanks for many other "Local Champions" and "moderators" for their self-less contribution to the site.

Yes. As you had metioned, this forum is a very different, safe, mature, decent and active site compared to many other ones. Thank you for providing such a platform for many Indian women across the globe.

Once again, Congrats and a heart-felt thanks!

Hearty congratulations to you on reaching an important milestone! The vital statistics of Induslady are very impressive and there is little surprise that more and more people are getting addicted to her! Lakhs and millions have already lost their significance for IL and we shall henceforth talk of only billions. For a space traveller, globe-trotting is just a flea bite.
I am happy to be associated with this wonderful community as a contributor. In the evening of my life, what more can I ask for than all the attention that I am getting in this community? I am deeply touched and,of course, overwhelmed.

CONGRATS on keeping the Chin Up and growing stronger day by day and year by year. I still remember the first year when we were all trying to get to know each other and feeling our way around and forming strong bonds. I am glad to be hanging on after 3 years , still enjoying the interactions,; learning and sharing, and getting to be a better informed individual in all ways!

Thank you all for putting in all the efforts to keep this site a Clean one and the BEST!

The best part of the site is you have people who respond and the discussions vary from parenting to cooking to politics to movies to various anecdotes of life. Members have contributed heavily to make the site a success along with the senior moderators who have taken care of the real parenting of the thread.

The posts would die its own death, if there was not healthy discussions. At times we have viewers and other times we have responses, by all means the post is moving and the contributor is happy and encouraged to log in again to post more and interact.

A site which gives opportunity for members to become pals, organize IL meets, have fun and carve a new path in life.

I am happy to be part of IL as it nourishes my thoughts and gives lots of exercise to my gray cells to think again and again - WHAT TOPIC SHOULD I POST NEXT??

I do see a bit of teething problems still underneath, but with passing of time it should diminish.

As Moderators, Local Champions and Contributors we have to see that this site does not take only one part of the world in its stride, it has to march tall in the globe. I will be very happy, if I see more of other castes too contribute and discuss the posts... That day is not far away...

We have another year to go to welcome the next birthday...

What a lovely thing to do! Administrators have not merely stopped being one, and have gone to the place of being good friends to all of us. For a person like me, who has joined newly, the transition from new IL'ite to Junior IL'ite is heartening enough. Wonder, what the mods must be feeling? As IndusLady says, if i get to meet them, I need to bow!!

Congrats on the 3rd Anniversary. It is great pleasure to be a part of this wonderful site. In the beginning when I came to this country. I was very depressed. Was wondering where did I land. During that time I came to know about this site and started spending most of my time on this. I have gained a lot from this site lovely friends, beautiful ariticles, about life, recipes, movies, jokes you name it and have got it. Now this has become a part of my life. Always got support from the moderators and the others, Now if i don't post atleast one post for the day I feel something is missing.
Thanks to Malathy and Jey to give us such wonderful platform for all the ladies who can share they feelings, and also get advises for the same.
Thanks for the Induslady team and all the members to make this site a wonderful one. It is really a very safe and completely different from all the other sites.

Congragulations for the 3rd birthday to IL. Let it grow more and more.
We chennai ladies had celebrated the 3rd birthday in a grand manner. All age group guys intracted and done a great thing. I am telling about the visit to the orphange. Ramyavaradharajan, varloo and others will narrate the whole thing with photos soon. But my heart is filled with the things we have all done. This is the best present we can give you for the birthday.

Congratulations on the stellar effort. Indusladies is a second home to most ladies as most of us spend a fair amount of time enjoying the healthy discussions,clarifying doubts & enlightening ourselves in various fields.

It is due to the massive effort of you, moderators & local champions that the quality of the articles is maintained in high standard. I bow to all your efforts.
