Administrators Letter on 3rd Anniversary!

A nice letter from the founders on the anniversary! Malathy, I can imagine you pondering over the idea for this site for months or may be years before you launched this. You have done a great job and a very unusual one at that. You have given voice to a lot of women on the internet and you have helped nurture a community - a special woman to woman congratulations to you. And to your husband who has stood by you throughout!

You and the moderators and the champions must have faced / will be facing a lot of trials and tribulations while steering 'Indusladies' onward. All of it has been worth it / will be worth it, going by the success of this site. Congratulations to all of you, it has been a great going!

This is a very 'Indian' site, and the 'values' of the site are truly remarkable. Today, with so many online forums, it is very difficult to strike a balance between space for creative freedom and etiquette. You have struck this balance with aplomb. We are proud to be part of this community.

I am sure IL is one of the most (it's even appropriate to say One and Only) unique site on the net...Even I have seen so many discussion sites on the net, but none dazzled me the way IL did, till date. Even after 3 long years of browsing, there is always something or the other to look forward in IL without getting bored and I think, this is what precisely make IL more special and wanted for all of us here.

It was more your commitment and efforts to fulfill your noblest intentions of bringing isolated ladies in isolated lands together, that has paid way for this huge success of IndusLadies. Hats off to you for that...Malathy and Jey, I am very happy to help you in a very small way and contribute to IL in moderations. Compared to the herculean administrations that you do, what I am undertaking in IL in nothing. I thank you, for giving me this opportunity.

I wish this beautiful online family stregthens and grows with every passing year...

At this moment, I happily recall when I joined IL, I was the only member from Qatar and today when I look at the statistics of Qatar Membership in IL, it has gone up to 84 ! It's a huge leap and that says something about how Indusladies has touched many people lives and hearts.
I wish everyone on IL happy times. Let this happy journey on the internet continue forever.

Sorry I totally missed seeing your announcement. Though I am a late comer to this thread, I am happy I got a chance to share how happy it is for me to see the mammoth growth of Indusladies in such a short span of time.

Congratulations on IndusLady turning 3. i can imagine the pride and joy you must be feeling at creating this beautiful forum thats so different from the rest. Yes its a painstaking and lovingly nutured job well done.

The beauty is that you have shared it so beautifully with your team of administrators and moderators and that selflessness and the vision of the bigger picture that makes the site what it is. Congratulations to the whole team of Administrators /moderators and local champions for making the site so unique.

My daughter also turned 3 in March (7th) and i look back in wonder at her devlopment and i can see just how you must feel with this site. It must have been just like a baby a beautiful creation but you have to wait and watch to see the individuality and personality emerge without too much interference and pruning. Seeing the milestones and records the site is breaking - you all have definately done a wonderful service to all of us Indian women by giving us a voice and platform to interact with each other on an intelligent and open level.

The best part for me is that we get to interact with everyone and don't get isolated into our little community groups /country groups. I simply love the openness and broadness of site. There is still so much to read and so many more to meet -Amazing!

Congratulations once again and looking forward to all the new ideas and developements and glad to be a part of it too.

hallo friends after long time agian i me t u because i was some what busy with my family occatins. i am sorry for that.
I was so glad after i read the adiministrators letter on the occation of 3rd anniversary.I wish to be more members should communicate to each other they should come out so that more women can make their lives happy.
Actually i know this site by EENADU paper so that i am thankful to them suddenly one day i saaw an article about this site who gave information i think from chenni who ever it mayo be i tried this one and i opened it now i am one of a member of u r family
like this i wish every one should know about this to make more friends and all the best for everybody.
