Dear illuminaries Kamla and Varalotti,
Varalotti- hope you had a pleasant journey and are doing swell, and sleeping well in Seattle.

Kamla- Thank you for describing me as brilliant and sweet, which I am apart from being vivacious, witty, energetic etc etc----!!!
Honestly, even as I started this thread, I knew that Varalotti would have loved it more if it had been started by a gracious person and fantastic writer like you, rather than a sinner like me. But dear K, you are no tubelight. You are the nice, gentle kuthuvilakku that shimmers softly to dispel darkness. You are the sturdy, reliable raandal lamp that boatsmen carry in the kettuvellams in Kerala backwaters to light the way. And even if you are a tubelight, you are not the ancient ones that flicker in low volatge and failing chokes. You are the state of art CFL slimline tubes that work eight times more and save ten times power and money.
I know you are still doing the work of two in FP. I will be back soon.
cheers
Vidya
