I want to know why the ocean water is salty eventhough rivers dump their waters which are sweet?

River water is rain that has mostly soaked into the ground. It springs out from underground onto the surface of the earth. Rainwater is not salty.
Clouds that bring rain are built up by vapor. The heat of the sun evaporates seawater and produces vapor. Seawater is salty. However, when seawater evaporates, the salt is left behind. Salt is only barely contained in the vapor that builds up clouds. River water only contains a little salt. The salt it does contain is carried to the seaRiver water contains many carbon compounds. Carbon compounds flow into the sea along with river water and are mixed with seawater. Living things in the sea take in calcium carbonate from the carbon compounds and make bones. Their bones sink to the bottom of the sea when living things die.Living things use carbon compounds. However, they use only a small amount of salt. Wherever river water flows into the sea, the amount of salt in the sea becomes greater.As river water is always running, salt contained in the river water is not stored. This is the reason river water does not become salty.

i think this is answer----
As we get older, the pigment cells in our hair follicles gradually die. When there are fewer pigment cells in a hair follicle, that strand of hair will no longer contain as much melanin and will become a more transparent color - like gray, silver, or white - as it grows. As people continue to get older, fewer pigment cells will be around to produce melanin. Eventually, the hair will look completely gray.
