You are right about CO2. But, methane is actually caled Greenhouse gas which along with CO2 produce the global warming.

You are absolutely right. The UV radiation of wavelength 2537 angstroms is called germicidal wavelength and sun light when it enters the atmosphere has lots of this U.V. light and but for ozone layer human existence might have been in danger. In Australia, the ozone layer above is weaker and so people get lots of skin diseases.
