Amazing power of human mind..indeed !

In one of my son's school, they had a meeting to explain the importance of spelling.
There, all the parents were given a passage, just like the one you had posted..with jumbled up words...it was really cool to see that all of us could read it without any difficulty !

I was just thinking that if kids saw this they can come up with a good argument that spelling isn't important at all as long as all the letters are there in a word in any order, because the human mind can decipher it fast !! They can quote Camberidge University research findings to hold up their case too !!

Very interesting indeed Chechi,Brings in a new perspective to the world of spellings.

We give so much emphasis to spellings and are totally unaware of the way the mind works in that area. It was absolutely awesome to know how the mind deciphers words.
