Its in syrup form for kids and intablet form for adults....In india we can get very easily in medical shops and for ppl staying in US can get online ..the Website is Himalaya .com and syrups name is immunocare as this is the name they write to sell steplin in US....I recently bought one online and also i came to know shops like sprouts can check with them too.....but steplin is very good also aproved by my sons pediatric here in US ...so pl try this for ur kids who suffer a lot from cold and cough..
