I've been searching the net for the above recipe and still havnet found a good one. Can anybody share their tried Chicken Fried Rice recipe? Also which side dish would go along with it?
Chicken Fried Rice: 1. Cut chicken into small pieces. Marinate it with pepper, cornflour, salt, ginger/garlic paste, egg for an hour. Then deep fry it. 2. Slice Carrot, capsicum and cabbage and keep it aside. 3. Fry Basmati rice in ghee. Then cook it and keep separately. 4. Take pan. Add oil and egg. Fry it and cut the egg into thin slices. 5. Again add some oil to the pan. Add sliced onions, sliced vegetables, little ginger/garlic paste, pepper, salt, red chilly or green chilly paste [I always prefer green chilly paste], soya sauce and fried chicken pieces. 6. Finally add boiled rice to it. Mix it well. Note: I also add little bit of garam masala to it for the flavour. Side dish: Onion Raita is must Gobi/chicken/prawn Manchurian will go well. Simple Chicken gravy
