ohh you tried so many things with chicken.. ask your husband to turn vegetarian now . Did you tried singaporean recipes.. cola chicken, drunken chicken.. i am vegetarian, just saw your post so i am mentioning these name as heard from many about cola chicken.
Haha he can't turn to vegetarian we both love non-veg.... Yes dear I tried cola chicken but I don't like the taste ....
chicken cooked anyhow is tasty (atleast to me ) so follow this simple method.... 1 day prior to you cooking chicken.....marinate the chicken as follows -- mix chicken with all masala's (like red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala powder, corriander powder, black pepper powder), curd, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies or its paste, whole cardimom, cinamon, mint leaves, corrainder leaves and some lemon. (you can add more or less spices... doesnt matter) next day all you got to do is ... fry onions till it gets light brown.... put the marinated chicken... cook it till it for sometime.... put tomatoes.... cook it till chicken in cooked.... and eat it
here is another easy one for you -- this doesnot involve much prep work... mix chicken with curd, Whole red chillies, chopped or whole ginger - garlic, thin slices of onion, tomato, corriander seeds, salt, ghee, and whole spices like cloves, black pepper, cinammon, cardimom etc etc.... mix all above and pressure cook it.... if you want you can add little water.... eat it.... and pass it on to me as well
here's another one in rice.... you can follow the same recipe as above, add water and rice to it ... and there's your pulao ready
Boneless chicken White pepper 1 spoon Salt as required Vinegar few drop Seasoning ketchup few drop Sesame oil 1 spoon Mix all leave for 10 min, cut ginger long and thin, heat up olive oil, fry ginger, pour in the season chicken, cook taste and serve
you can make stuffed chicken breast marinated in tandoori masala. So make a slit on the chicken breast, stuff it with paneer ( spiced) or nuts or cheese. Marinate the whole thing in yogurt , tandoori masala & ginger garlic paste. And cook in your oven or on bbq.
