POTATO BALLS FILLED WITH MEAT Filling Large Onion 1 sliced Garlic minsed 1 tsp Ginger minsed 1 tsp Meat minsed 1 small cup Green chilli 2 minsed Mustard oil 2 tbsp Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp salt to taste Fry onion, garlic and ginger in a frying pan until light brown. Add rest of the ingredients and meat. Cool for 10 more minutes or until the meat is dry and cooked. Do not add water set aside and let it cool. Casing: 4 to 6 large potatoes Salt and pepper to taste 2 eggs beaten 1 cup bread crumbs oil for deep frying Boil potatoes until soft and cooked. Peel and mashed the potatoes until smooth and add salt and pepper. Take a handful of mashed potatoes into your palm. Flatten it into a round shape and form a cup. Put 1 tbsp of filling into the cup and close and smoothing it to form an egg shaped ball. Dip in the beaten eggs and roll it in bread crumbs. Deep fry in the oil over medium heat until golden brown. Drain oil on paper towel and serve with mint chutney.
