Hi friends this is my style chicken biryani My measurement ,I increase everything when I cup measurment is increased For 1 cup 2 1/4 water 4 green chilli 2 medium onion and 5 to 6 small onion 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Garam masala 1/2 tsp(if in u.a.e u can get biryani masala powder in global village Dubai Yemen pavilion ,it's very nice) Little coriander and mint leaves I don't like my biryani to b very spicy and we like to take with chicken and rice no other thing interrupting while eating so I make paste r powder everything except ck and rice So let me go for cooking . Cut one onion and grind another one with small onion Take oil plus little ghee 2 to 3 tbsp sauté the chopped onion nice golden color then only u r biryani will give a good color if u take of without sautéing the onion nicely u r biryani will look pale.c to it not to brown . Then add the paste onion and cook till that also gets the golden Color Then add g&g paste sauté till the flavor leaves out Then1/2 tsp red chilli powder,garam masala powder ,coriander chopped ,mint ,1 tomato cut little big. Add needed salt Add ck , after sautéing ck add 1 tbsp curd (while adding curd reduce heat) Then give one vissil in cooker( I prefer to cook in cooker) Then after ck cooked I measure the water in the cooker and all together it has to b 2 1/4.for 1 cup of rice We prefer India gate basmathi rice ( soak for an hour no need to sauté ) After the ck gets cooked add everything in electric rice cooker . When it comes to keep warm position switch it of otherwise keep warm will make u r biryani dried . Then add a half a cup of water Then add u r ck sauté nicely add salat needed
Tashk, Some mistakes in my recipe,after ck added add 1 tomatoes,and half a cup of water,in a cooker after ck gets cooked measure the water in ck also for 2 1/4 water.total water should not exceed more than 2 1/2 .
