This is the quickest chilli chicken what you can prepare ll post the pic the next time i make it .... Ingredients ----------- chicken 500g Oil 2 tbsp Onions 5-6 sliced Green Chillies 10 -12 Garlic 20-25 pods Pepper powder 3-4 tbsp Soya Sauce 3-4 tbsp Cornflour 3-4 tbsp Turmeric 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Salt to taste Spring Onion for garnishing 1. In a bowl marinate the chicken with turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp pepper powder. Keep it aside for about 30 mins. 2. In a pan, add oil, when the oil heats, add the sliced onions, when the onions turn pink, add the slit green chillies, garlic pods and fry it for about 2-3 mins. 3.To this add the marinated chicken and allow it to cook for about 10-15 mins. 4. When the chicken becomes a bit tender, add little salt, pepper powder. To this add soya sauce. 5. Mix cornflour with about 1 cup of water and add this to the chicken. Seems to be very yummy minakshi, But cant cook upto the end of kartheeka masam.. Let me try this on December
