    1. Marinate Chicken. Wash and clean chicken. Make big pieces. Mix ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, 1 TB spoon curd, salt and marinate chicken for 1 hour. If you are in a hurry, you can marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.

    2. Saute Chicken. Heat 2 tsp Oil in kadhai. Add bay leaves. Fry till you smell nice aroma. Add finely chopped onion. Fry till onion is pink. Add marinated chicken. Fry for a minute on medium heat. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. You can use cooker also but cook for 3,4 whistles only.

    3. Prepare chicken masala : Dry roast grated dry coconut. Keep it aside. Dry roast sesame seeds. Keep them aside. Heat remaining 1 tsp Oil. Add whole garam masala(1 Cardamom, 2 cloves,2 cinamon sticks, 3 peppercorns). Fry for 30 sec. Add chopped Garlic and Ginger. Fry for a minute. Add sliced onions. Fry till brown. Add coriander. Fry for another minute. In a mixer, blend together dry roasted coconut, roasted sesame seeds, our onion-ginger-garlic-coriander-garam masala mixture, tomato, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder. Your chicken masala is ready.

    4. Adding masala to chicken : Take the kadai and add oil in it. Heat the oil fully and add the chicken masala we prepared in the kadhai. Fry it on medium flame until oil oozes out. Then add boiled chicken. Add water as per desired consistency. Add salt to taste. Cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes. Awesome chicken rassa is ready. Enjoy it with chapati. This is Maharashtrian style chicken curry, taste awesome and easy to prepare.

Now tell me the quantity of Chicken u brought then accordingly I will tell u quantity of all ingredients.

Prepare for half kg. Half kg is not so much. If ur husband really like non-veg he will like to hv it in his dinner also.
Also if u are going to make rice then half kg will be good. Make Basmati rice with it.

Hope u like the recipe. And give me feedback about ur hubby's response :thumbsup He should kiss ur hand and...., All the Best :2thumbsup:
