    Pls suggest
    Tips to get juicy tender meat
    *best electric *griller, brand if possible
    Exact settings and temp in oven(I have microwave cum grill)
    Tried and tested barbecue recipes
    Planning to *marinate and keep overnight
    Planning to use hung curd
    Apart from this any other tips

    I tried chicken shawarma at home it took lot of time.also chicken was getting dry and hard that time I used normal curd in marinade

    @Summerysum,

    I do grilling at home and sometimes baking with my micro+grill+baking option settings.
    I use Palson griller for grilling chicken and mutton steaks. Comes out tasty and good.
    I set temperature to 160C on the griller and double cook using both griddles at one time. This way my chicken also remains juicy and cooks in 20mins.

    If your looking for good recipes let me know.Will mail them to you.You can PM me uremail address.

    I use
    lemon juice
    Sakthi chilli chicken masala 1/2 tbsp
    Sakthi Tandoori Masala - 1/2 tbsp
    Ginger + Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
    Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste.
    marinade the chicken minimum of 6 hrs. (I mix this and put it in freezer, and defreeze on the day of grilling)

    This could be grilled in bbq or baked/broiled in over or even roasted with little oil in a pan.
    Hope u enjoy this as much as we do. :)

    @Summerysum

    I am one big barbeque fan...haven't tried with oven. I have barbeque set.

    Very important Marinade tip: apply oil so chicken, meat doesn't get dry and softness comes
