Hi friends try this healthy chicken grill Can try both with lamb r chicken 1/2 kg Ginger and garlic 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tsp Vinegar 11/2. Tsp Salt to taste Red chill 1 tsp White pepper 1/2 tsp Chat masala a pinch Marinate for 1 1/2 hours Then pressure cook for 1 vissil Cook till the water dries and let it cool Then place the pieces on a wire mesh and smoke directly on gas flame ,the pieces gets a smoked look and if preffered can apply butter after removi g from the mesh.
