Friends, Here am posting the recipe of tangy,juicy lemon flavored chicken fry.It tastes good with any rice dish or even pulkha,roti.naan,chapathi What you need: --------------------- Boneless chicken 200g Corn Flour 75g Maida 25g cashew nuts 1/4 cup Salt to taste Pepper powder to taste Oil to fry For Sauce : ----------------------- Chicken stock 50ml Lemon juice 2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Salty to taste Grated lemon leaves 1/2 cup Turmeric a pinch Corn flour mixed in water 2tbsp What is chicken stock: ------------------------------------- Take chicken pieces/bones in a bowl and add water,turmeric,salt in it.Boil it well on high flame and remove the solids after sometime.The remaining water is your chicken stock Recipe: --------------- Mix corn flour,maida,pepper powder,cashew nuts(grated or broken pieces) in a bowl of water and make it a fine paste.This should be applied to the chicken pieces.After that fry them in oil till they turn golden yellow. Allow the pieces to cool and make a slit in each piece with a sharp knife. For Sauce: -------------- Heat oil in a pan.Add chicken stock and all the ingredients kept aside for sauce and boil the mixture.Add corn flor also to get thick consistency.Take aplate and spread the chicken pieces.Pour the sauce on them and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and lemon pieces It tastes superb and believe me your hubby will gift you a wonderful kiss you for this wonderful dish:biglaugh Enjoy the recipe and let m know your comments please
