ingredients;( its also muslim type biryani plz try it . sure will come out good results ) 1.basmati rice - 2 1/2 glass ( 1/2 kg rice ) 2.chicken -1/2 kg 3.onion - 4 ( chopped into long) 4.tomato-2 1/2 ( chopped into disc shaped) 5.green chillies- 6 6. corriander leaves - 1 cup chopped 7. mint leaves -1 cup 8.curd - 1/2 cup 9.salt - as required 10. ginger paste - 3tsp 11. garlic paste -3tsp 12.red chilly powder -2 tsp 13. cardamon-3, cloves-3, cinnamon-3, 14.oil -as required 15 ghee- 1 tbsp 16. food color 17. lime juice few drp note : basmati rice wash and soak in water before start the method . method: 1. in a non stick pan / normal pan , pour oil add cardomon, cloves , & cinnamon fry for 1 mins 2. onion fry till golden brown , then add only garlic paste till raw smell goes off . 3. add 1/2 cup corriander leaves + 1/2 cup of mint leaves +green chillies fry for 2 mins 4.add chicken pieces+curd+tomatoes+red chilly powder+ salt +ginger paste & fry till chicken shoud be 3/4 cooked . 5.then add water ie (1 glass of rice = 1 1/4 of glass of water , ), when its start boiling add basmati rice . 6. add remaining 1/2 cup mint leaves + 1/2 corriander leaves , lime juice few drops , 1 tbsp ghee then closed the lid for 30- 35 mins. after cooked just off stove dont open immediately wait for 10 mins . 7. mix 2 pinch of food color in 2tbsp of water and sprinkle over rice before mixing rice . note : 1.follow step by step instruction for best results . 2. mixed ginger - garlic paste should nt be used.
