1. oil - 1tbspn cooker pan 2. cinnamon -1 , cloves -1 , bay leaves -little 3. , green chilly -2 , mint leaves little . 4. ginger-garlic paste -1tsp till raw smell goes. 5. onion medium chopped into small pieces fry for 2 min . 6 small.tomato-1 fry for 2 mins till mash it 7. grind paste i.e coconut little , onion little , tomato little , i cinnamon , 1 cloves , little aniseeds, garlic 3 cloves .chilly and corriander powder 1 tsp then grind it smooth paste. 8. now fry grind paste till raw smell goes . 9 . add chicken-1/4 kg and add salt to taste 10. add water more . so that gravy should be watery and closed the lid of cooker for 2-3 whistle. finally garnish with corriander leaves .
