    Hi everyone,

I just wannu share one of few things I make to all IL. This cutlet will be very nice to taste so shall we start then :cheers

    Ingredients:

    Chicken 200 g
    Potato - 1
    Onion - 1
Green chilli - 2/3 as per ur taste.
    Salt
    Egg white - 1
Corn flour - 1 Spoon, Rice Floor - 1 spoon (Optional)
    Bread Crums (Optional)

    Preparation:

Boil Potato and Chicken in a pressure cooker and smas the potato and keep aside. Remove the bones in the chicken and then grind the Chicken and green chilli but not as a paste so that the chicken is coarse.

Mix the Chicken, potato, egg white, rice flour, corn flour and salt. Chop onion finely and add them too in the mixture. Mix well and make small balls and press them in your palms so that it becomes flat. You can coat with bread crums if available or with out them also. The in the fry pan u can add just 2- 3 spoons of oil for each piece u can fry them.

And u can serve them with tomato sauce. It will be yummy! :thumbsup
