hi
i would like to try beef biriyani....
can someone provide me a receipe for that..
also, what kind of beef should i look for ,when buying it..........

Hi Asina,

You can use veil meat/ tender meat. Here is a link for mutton biryani. You can make the beef biryani in a similar manner

Use Veal or goat meat for biryani, beef is a tough meat you will have to use tenderizer if you want to make hyderabadi style biryani using raw meat...here is the link for it

Hai If u make beef biryani it will be full of fat.So buy only under cut a soft meat.Then try the recipe. .

When u get beef, marinate it in curd for atleast 2 hours which will make it tender. Pressure cook for 20-30 min with weight on it. Then use it in biriyani.
