what is the point of adding coconut powder while cooking non veg receipes?
also, at what point of time during cooking, is the right time to add coconut powder

In the final stage u can add coconut powder. 5 to 10 minutes before u can add.. if the gravy is watery u can add this.
many of the south indians adding coconut in to their non veg dishes..
its very common.

Asina,

You can mix the coconut powder in water and mix in the curry. You need to keep the coconut gravy on low flame else it may turn curdlish.
