Your recipe is unusual and seems tasty. Let me try it out . I have not been cooking mutton for sometime now because of health reasons.

Post Chettinad Biryani Recipe

Chettinad Biryani Recipe
Ingredients:
• 300 gms Basmati rice
• 600 gms Chicken
• 4 Cardamoms
• 6 Cinnamons
• 1 Ginger
• 3 Garlic flakes
• 2 Onions
• 10 gms Coriander leaves
• 10 gms Mint leaves
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tsp Coconut paste
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• 2 Cups parboiled rice
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
How to make Chettinad Biryani:

• Soak basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.
• Add salt, cardamom and cinnamon.
• Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.
• Mix the paste with coriander and mint leaves.
• Add coconut, cardamom paste, lemon juice and black pepper.
• Mix it well.
• Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
• Cut chicken into pieces.
• Marinate the chicken in this mixture.
• Heat the oil and fry the chopped onions.
• Add marinated chicken pieces.
• Cook over medium flame till done.
• Prepare a bed of parboiled rice in a handi.
• Sprinkle the fried onions.
• Put chicken pieces and cover it with rice.
• Cover it properly and cook for 10 minutes.
• Serve hot.

Smile Kashmiri Biryani Recipe

Ingredients:
• 750 gms Mutton
• 1 kg Chicken
• 1 kg Basmati rice
• 200 ml Milk
• 2 tsp Curds
• 1 tsp Dry ginger powder
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
• 150 gms Ghee
• 1/4 tsp Kewra essence
• 2 gms Saffron
• 2 tsp Red chilli powder
• 1 Pinch asafoetida
• 1 tsp Garam masala powder
• 2 tsp Fennel seed powder
• 1/4 tsp Sugar
• Salt to taste
How to make Kashmiri Biryani:
• Fry asafetida and mutton pieces in ghee.
• Add curds to the mixture and fry till pink.
• Pour water and add salt to taste. Mix well.
• Add chilli powder, ginger powder and bay leaf.
• Fry for a few minutes and add 1/2 litre water.
• Add 1/2 tbsp garam masala and 1tbsp fennel seeds.
• Simmer the mixture till well cooked.
• Remove mutton pieces and keep them separate.
• Boil 2 litres of water with 2 tbsp salt.
• Tie garam masala and remaining fennel seeds in a piece of cloth.
• Put it in the boiling water.
• Now add rice and cook on low flame till half done.
• Separate water from the rice.
• Alternately arrange mutton and rice layers in a baking tray.
• Add milk and ghee.
• Cook in a preheated oven till well done.

Default Dragon chicken,..

HI freinds...

i love dragons chicken... whenever i i go to any restaurant.. first i order for dragon chicken.. that much i love eating... so i thought to prepare at home and i tried too.. i comes out very nice.. let me share that recipe to u all..
try at home and enjoy...

Ingredients

Chicken(boneless) - 1 kg
(cut long)
Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Red chilly flakes - 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 5 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil for deep frying

For marination:-

Ginger paste - 2 tsp
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Egg white - 1 no
Corn Flour - 2 tsp


Preparation Method

1)Marinade the chicken pieces with the above mentioned marination ingredients and set aside for 2 hrs.

2)Fry the marinated chicken in oil until golden brown and crispy.

3)Pour 2 tsp of oil used for frying in a skillet.

4)Saute the finely chopped ginger.

5)Add finely chopped garlic followed by red chilly flakes and tomato sauce.

6)Add Soy Sauce and sugar.

7)Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well.

Cook for some more time until everything is mixed well.

9)Garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves.

:- Serve hot.

Note:

*If sugar added is more ,add more of tomato sauce to compensate the
sweet taste!!

* if u dont wanna to add garlic u can avoid it...

Hi Indusladies.......

Ingredients:

Chicken - 1 pound
Capsicum - 1
Chilli paste - 1tbs
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1/2
Soy Sauce - 2 tbs
Salt to taste


Preparation:

Boil chicken n make them pieces...... keep the kadai...... pour 1tbs vegetable oil..... fry the chopped onion until it get light brown...... then add chopped capsicum...... add chicken pieces...... saute it very well..... add green chilli paste n soy sauce..... n add salt to taste..... then finally add tomato...... tomato should be raw......
u take this chicken salad for evening snack r for dinner...... its definitely yummy for everybody..... just try it n taste it......
