Default spicy mutton gravy

Hi
Here is the recipe for spicy mutton gravy which i often like to prepare.try this and u will surely love to make again and again.

Ingradients

Mutton - 500 gms
medium size onions - 3
tomatoes medium size - 3
potato medium size -1
oil - 1/2 cup
green chilli - 4
red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
coriander powder - 1tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
shahijeera (or) - 3/4 tsp
jeera&mustard - 1 tsp
curd - 1/2 cup
turmeric -1 tsp
cinnamom sticks 2inch - 2
cloves - 3
cardamom - 3
bayleaves - 1
chopped coriander - 1 cup
Salt according to ur taste

preparation:

  1. clean meat and take into a bowl.then add curd,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,some salt and mix well.keep it aside.
  2. Meanwhile take one onion and potato and make in to a fine paste in a blender.
  3. Take oil in a pan and heat it.after the oil becomes hot then add shahijeera bay leaves and remaining whole garam masala and fry till aroma comes.
  4. Add green chilli,next 2 chopped onions and turmeric.saute untill the onions are slightly brown
  5. then add the marinade mutton mixture in to the pan and mix well in the pan
  6. cook it with a lid for 5 minutes.then add some water and transfer the whole mixture in to a pressure cooker.
  7. cook this untill u get 3-4 whistles.then remove from the flame and add the onion and potato mash ,coriander powder,pepper powderand 3 tomatoes chopped.
  8. close the cooker and keep it on the flame for again 3-4 whistles
  9. after 3-4 whistles add chopped coriander and chek taste and add salt and chilli powder if required.
  10. again put on the flame for 10 min.after 10 min switch off the flam. and ur spicy mutton gravy will be ready
This spicy mutton gravy can be served along with rice or even with chapathi and poori.

What is the garam masala ingredients to use for this beef fry?Surely it cannot be the garam masala powder which is available in the shop.Do give that recipe also please.
