I searched searched an searched wether this recipe has been posted in IL.. in all possible tags.. but didnt find.. Then realised , this was my aunt-invented only !

or atleast she, got it from someone close to her..
I am extremely sorry if this recipe has already been posted by someone !
I make this when I have very few peices left over chicken and cant use it for gravy.. My hubby simply loves this, because of the smell, hot taste and he can afford to cajole his wife to make it in a jiffy !!
Now, the quantity of chicken I may not be able to tell you perfect.. But let me try.. Whatever maybe the case, make sure you add less soya sauce and add more after tasting. The ratio, needs to be 2:1 of chilli sauce and soya respectively.. Adjust chilli sauce according to the amount of hot-taste you need. :) ( Me adds more, because we love spicy food )
7 peices of chicken
4 tbsps of green chilli sauce ( chings )
1 1/2 tbsp of soya sauce ( chings )
2 tsp cornflour mixed with little water
green chillies to fry
oil enough to fry / saute chicken. ( Do not deep-fry )
Heat some oil
Fry green chillies in it.
Once it is fried quite a bit, remove and keep aside.
In the same spicy oil add chicken and saute well, turning it often.
Once you know the chicken is done 3/4th.. which usually is very very quick.. Add, chilli and soya sauce. Mix well..
Once there is a boil, add the fried green chillies.
Now add the diluted cornflour to this.
Mix till it thickens. Do not leave for too long.
Now the cornflour should be according to the kind of sauce base one needs.
Mix well and eat it with rice, rasam or even any dish except for poori and kind ofcourse..:) ! Yummm ! You can even eat the green chillies in it.. because it would be blended with sauce and less spicy than usual self !!
Me will post the picture of this in VIrtual Feast the next time I make it ..
P.S - I cant believe, I wrote a recipe !!
