| Dear Sashie, I can tell you how it is done. If you need the full recipe I can give it you a little later. Just marinate the chopped breast pieces of the chicken in a mix of curds, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, ginger garlic paste and a little kasuri methi powder. Mix well and keep it for an hour or two in the fridge and then either deep fry or grill it. Then make a typical north Indian Red gravy and then add the fried chicken pieces. If you do not want to fry chicken, you can use Tandoori chicken chopped into pieces in to the gravy. Add butter on top and try it out. You should get the recipe right. Colour if you like the red gravy.

| process for Gongura Mutton INGREDIANTS FOR Gongura Mutton Gongura chillies(5-6) curry leaves mutton salt red chilli powder(1spoon) danya powder(1spoon) garm masala powder(11/2 spoon) onions cumin ginger-garlic paste(1spoon) firstly pour little oil in a pan 7 fry chillies,gongura & grid by adding little salt & keep a side. Then keep another pan & pour oil then add chillies if u like spincy then onions(small pieces) &fry until light brown.now add mutton & for 10mins .then add all masala powder,red chilli powder mention above.then pour water & cook for 4 wisles.then keep gongura which u kept a side & mix well. cook for 5mins & serve.

| Hi all, In most of our Non-Veg dishes and few Veg dishes we use garam masal powder. But i have never tried to make it @ home. Always bought from store. Can anybody share here your method of making garam masala powder? Thanks. |
