i tried ur Egg balls curry yesterday. it came out well. the egg balls itself is very tasty. My husband liked that egg balls. thanks for the recipe.
my husband is asking me to do egg biriyani. don't know how to do. can u post recipe for egg biriyani/egg fried rice?

Dear Shivani!
Here I am posting a few recipes on egg whites for you! POTATO EGG CURRY: Ingredients: Egg white- 4 Potato [cut into small cubes]-2 cups Chopped onion- 1 cup Chopped tomatoes- ½ cup Turmeric powder- ½ tsp Grind the following into a fine paste; Red chillies-3, cinnamon- 1 piece, clove-2, fennel seeds- 1 tsp, garlic flakes-2, Enough oil and salt Procedure: Beat well the egg whites with a little salt. Cook the potato with enough salt and the turmeric powder. Heat a kadai and pour the oil. Add the chopped onion with the tomatoes and fry well until the oil floats on the surface and the vegetables are cooked well. Add the masala and fry for a few minutes. Then add the potatoes and cook until the masala is coated well with the potatoes. Add the eggs and mix well. Cook until the eggs are changed like breadcrumbs and mixed well with the potatoes. |

| | EGG SEMOLINA SWEET: Ingredients: Fine semolina- 1 ½ cups Egg white- 1 Soda bi carbonate- ¼ tsp Plain flour-1/4 cup Sugar- 2 tbsp Enough oil to fry Procedure: Mix every thing well with enough water to make a thick batter. Heat a kadai and pour 5 tbsps of oil. When it is heated enough, pour a tbsp of batter in the middle. Fry on both sides to a golden brown. The flame must be in medium. |

Dear Sumi!
Here are the recipes of chicken 65 and chilli chicken for you! CHICKEN 65: Ingredients: 2sp- lime juice, 1/2sp- kesari powder (or) tandoori color powder 4sp- chilli powder, 1 egg, 3tbsp- cornflour, 3sp- plain flour, 2tbsp- sya sauce, 1sp- pepper powder, 2sp- ginger paste, 2sp- garlic paste, A handful of curry leaves, 1sp- turmeric powder 1/4sp- garam masala enough salt 1 kilo- boneless chicken Procedure: Marinate the chicken pieces with all the above ingredients for 3 hours and then deep fry them in hot oil.

| | CHILLI CHICKEN: Ingredients: Boneless chicken pieces- 500gms garlic paste- 1 tsp Ginger paste- 1 tsp Lime juice- 3 tsp Spring onion [Chopped finely]- 1 cup Capsicum [thinly sliced] - ½ cup Shredded cabbage- ½ cup Soya sauce- 1 tsp Chilli sauce- 1 tsp Pepper powder- ½ tsp Ajinomoto- ¼ tsp Vinegar- 1 tsp Salt to taste Enough oil Procedure: Marinate the chicken pieces with the pastes, lime juice and enough salt for 30 minutes. Then fry them in hot oil to golden brown. Keep them away in a kitchen paper towel. Heat a kadai and add 3 tbsps of oil. Add the spring onion, capsicum and the cabbage and fry them for a few minutes with a little salt. Add the chicken pieces and the other ingredients. Toss well and fry for a few seconds. |

Heat a wok and pour the oil. Add the sliced onions and fry well. Then add the pastes and fry them for a few minutes. Then add the carrot, beans and peas with a little salt. Fry them until they are cooked. Add the capsicum and fry for a few seconds. Add the beaten eggs and fry well until they are finely scrambled. Then add the cooked rice and fry for a few minutes. Now add the soya sauce, pepper powder, sugar and the ajinomoto. Mix well for a few seconds. Then add the spring onion and mix it with the rice for a few seconds.
