If you could be more specific with the dishes it will be easy to guide... generally... for any dry chicken dish... before marinating just put some holes with your fork here and there in the chicken peices and then set for marination... if its gravy marination alone is enough for the masala to get into the chicken... hope this helps...

I checked all your recipes. They are very intresting. This weekend I'm going to try chicken cutlet and Chicken Sukka

Can you add some baked dishes too like tandori chicken in conventional oven, fish baked in oven etc.,
