| Sorry jacintha, for replying after nearly two months of your posting the query. Since I don't have free time like before I am not able to post non veg recipes. You can cook boneless chicken, fish and prawns and ofcourse, any kheema, can be cooked in microwave. But if you can cook it in the cooker with all the masala and then finish it off in the micro the taste will be nice. You'll be using less oil too. For chicken recipes you can cut them into bite sized pieces, apply the masala but do not add salt to it till the cooking is almost over. There are recipes in the net, if you want I can give you links for that. If I have time to try out I'll post it here itself Ok If you want to know anything more please feel free to write to me.
