Default Egg garland and marble cake-Kerala Muslim recipe

Hai folks,
I am a vegetarian, use eggs only for cakes. I saw this recipe in Amrita TV, in a programme called Taste of Kerala. A Muslim lady prepared this dish and it looked so nice that I noted the ingredients and am posting this.
Eggs -10
Sugar - 250 gm + 250 gm
milk - a little

Separate the egg yolks and whites, there should not be white in the yellow at all. Pour it in a seive and with a ladle mash it-it will become a smooth liquid as it flows thro the sieve. Take it in a plastic bottle with a nozzle.
Now take 250 gm sugar and add water and boil it well. Remove the impurities by adding a little of egg white to the syrup. When the syrup is sticky, drizzle the egg yolk in a circle into it. It looked like the savoury oomapodi when done. Remove to a plate when cooked. This is called Mutta Maala (egg garland)
Now take the egg white in a vessel, add sugar ad milk and mix well. Pour this in a greased vessel and steam it well. It looked like a white cake. This is called Pinjanappam (marble cake).
They are eaten together.
