| | 19.2lbs new born untitled.JPG THIS big baby boy really is a giant bundle of joy — tipping the scales at a whopping 19.2lbs. Huge ... tot next to a normal sized newborn The Indonesian tot — who has yet to be named — is believed to be the country's biggest ever newborn. He was born by caesarean section at a hospital in North Sumatra province and now needs almost non-stop feeding. A gynaecologist who took part in the operation said the "special delivery" was no easy feat. Binsar Sitanggang said: "This heavy baby made the surgery really tough, especially the process of taking him out. His legs were so big. "He's got a strong appetite, every minute, it's almost non-stop feeding. "This baby boy is extraordinary, the way he's crying is not like a usual baby. It's really loud." Mr Sitanggang added the boy's huge size is probably caused by the glucose his 41-year-old mother took for her diabetes while pregnant |
