I am Ramya, from Kuwait. I came to know about this site while searching for some stuff and found it interesting & informative.
I am married and have a 16month old daughter. My husband is an Electronics Engineer,working in Kuwait for the past 6years.
I am a native of Ernakulam,Kerala and a computer Engineer by profession,but not working at present.
My interests include singing,painting,art work of any kind,cooking,surfing the net,mailing & chatting with friends,watching TV/movies. I am a bit religious too and would try to do all I can to keep my family happy.
I hope I get to make more friends through this.

I am Savitri, working as project manager in a software company called axaya.net I have two kids (Prashanth and Madhulika). Prashanth is in Inter II year. Now preparing for EMCET-2008, Madhulika is in 8th. Weekdays I am busy with my work . Weekends I spend with my kids.

Ours is a combined family so most of the cooking part is taken care by my mother and sister-in-law. I make special dishes some times if I feel like.

I love carnatic music. I like old movies. I love my family a lOOOOOOOOOOOOt.

That is all about me.

I am lavanyakiran from hyderabad, i found this site when i was looking for age criteria to get admission in CBSE .

can any one please tell me what should be the minimum age a child should have to get into 1st class in CBSE schools?

my daughter would be 2yrs 2months by june 08, i am in aconfusion that whether i have to join her in play school/nursery

For the last three months, when I have got an internet connection I am searching for sites like Indusladies. Accidentally my friend told me about kamal kadai embroiderry then I go through the google for kamal kadai. Then I got the site of Indus Ladies. I'm Thejaswi, from Chennai, Tamilnadu. A graduate, working as an analyst for some time. Married to a software Engineer and happily settled down as a 'homemaker'... (yet 2 wish 2 do something fruitfully...) ..currently living in London (temporary stay). (I miss our 'singara chennai' and tamil a lot... )
I'm expecting my first baby... (wish my mum to be with me by this time,... but being alone makes me sad...)
I'm very much interested in arts and crafts,
and fashion design... once after a 'fashion bug' had bitten me, unfortunately, I rushed to one f.institute which was run by an 'unskilled' individual and got out of it with my lost money and got frustrated... ( that's a different story...)
Right from my childhood, I always wanted to be an 'artist'... after I won many prizes during my school and college days, I thought, certainly I wd become a great artist... which never happened...
I'm interested in learning new things in arts and crafts and also new languages...
I even tried my hand in 'Hindi Translation' too...
to forget my lonliness, I found a way of joining our 'Indusladies'.... it's really nice to be here....
and, varalotti sir, I'm big a fan of ur writings,... I like the your way of writing stories.. my sister also likes ur stories... My God, is it really you...? I can't believe that I can contact you... Wish you good luck to get even more diamonds on your writing crown sir,...
