I am Sravi, currently residing in texas, I came across this site while browsing online, found this very informative. seldom we come across forums which are exclusive for ladies. Well this is a good place for all the girls across world to come together and share our thoughts.

Well coming to me, I hail from andhra, done my MS in us and currently working. I love reading(esp novels ). long drives, shopping, parties, music. But often i njoy having all the time to myself.

well I am really glad i joined.

Call me Bhanu - a Mumbai girl in entirety, who loves roadside chaat and travelling by trains and buses. I cannot think of living elsewhere!

Got married early in life, did my MBA post marriage, worked in a foreign exchange treasury for 6 and half years, quit as got bored of corporate life. The entrepreneurial bug had bit me. Tried to promote "temping" and "work from home" in 2001, and shocked the biggies. After a few unsuccessful attempts at catering (I love to try out new recipes - my own and not refering to any recipe books), I got down to writing. Did a few bankable project reports, write newsletters, draft proposals and prepare presentations... keeps me occupied mentally. Also undertook actuarial studies; I have a long way to go in that field, as I ahve no stratistics background and studying on my own is a little tough.

I hope I am able to post these blogs regularly.

I have small group of women friends and we go on week end picnics atleast once in 3 months.. and just freak out !!

I find this site totally different from other such groups with lots of fellowship, useful information, guidance .. just like a joint family with all your favourite aunts, chechis, etc.
