Behaviour of colleges sometimes leads to doubts of affairs. Some really leads to affairs also. Hence my advice to you is contact that lady first and invite her to your home and check her in every angle whether she really had any affair with your brother in law or not. If it is proved that she had any affair then give her first warning. If there is no affair then simply leave it. Warnings can be given personally to her only once next time you have call her parents and make it a big issue and finish that issue with positive note. All the best from my side. Do not blame your brother in law it is purely initiated by his lady college.
